About the Course
As global energy and industrial sectors face stricter emissions regulations and net-zero mandates, capturing and permanently isolating industrial carbon dioxide has become an operational imperative. Our Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Fundamentals Training Course meets this decarbonization challenge by equipping technical teams, project leads, and sustainability professionals with foundational expertise in end-to-end CCS infrastructure. Guided by environmental engineers and CCUS specialists, participants explore chemical and physical absorption capture mechanisms, dense-phase pipeline transportation, geological storage site selection, and long-term measurement, monitoring, and verification (MMV) protocols. By bridging regulatory frameworks with technical implementation, this program prepares energy practitioners and project managers to evaluate CCS feasibility, execute strategic decarbonization initiatives, and drive sustainable industrial operations.
